With the support of Neighbours of Fish Farming and other community and professional groups from all over the state, the TASMANIAN ALLIANCE FOR MARINE PROTECTION (TAMP) is holding a public information meeting next Wednesday at the Hobart Town Hall.
The hour-long meeting will present the concerns of communities over the expansion of industrial salmon farming into Storm Bay.
Speakers will include former CEO of the Derwent Estuary Program, Christine Coughanowr; TAMP chair and professional fisher, Mark Bishop, and sailor, Sheenagh O’Neill. Politicians from all parties have been invited to attend.
