Every year at the Marion Bay Falls Festival in Tasmania staff and volunteers from the Bob Brown Foundation maintain the environmentally-friendly composting toilets for the whole site. Our system saves over 3 million litres of water every year, and even better all the humanure produced is used onsite at our Night Farm where we grow lavender for use in the toilets during future festivals.

We need 100 volunteers and several paid staff to help us manage these toilets during the festival, and this is where you come in.

We are currently recruiting for both paid staff and volunteers.

As a volunteer, you are required to work 4 x four-hour during the 4 days of the festival, restocking toilet paper and sawdust and sweeping out stalls. In exchange you get a free ticket to the festival (valued at $300), camping in our exclusive loo crew campsite with access to our wonderful yurt space 24/7, 2 delicious meals per day, and hot showers.

Plus you get to meet some amazing people, help raise much-needed funds for the Bob Brown Foundation, and be part of making sure this festival is as sustainable as possible.

To book your place either RSVP below, and Lisa will be in contact with you shorty, or contact Lisa directly on the details below.
